In-town Coaches Evaluation This Coaches Evaluation Form is important to ensuring that the Lewisboro Soccer Club is providing a positive, beneficial experience for your child. While we strive help kids build soccer skills, it is also important to provide an environment for important life skills to be shared--such as cooperation, perseverance, and sportsmanship. We also want it to be a fun experience. If the kids are not having fun, they will not want to stay with soccer.
We suggest you have a discussion with your child about the season before filling in this evaluation form. For older kids you may want them to fill it in themselves.
All of these evaluations will be considered confidential and anonymous, however, you can provide your name if you would like. If there is feedback that you feel the club needs to know about a coach please reach out through email to one of the LSC board members listed in the “Contacts” section of this website.
