Lewisboro Soccer Club Annual Meeting

Please join us on Monday, February 22nd at 7:30pm at the Cyrus Russell House for the Lewisboro Soccer Club Annual Meeting. All parents of registered players and coaches are invited to attend. At the meeting a report on the activities of our committees will be provided and a new board of directors will be voted on. The proposed board slate includes:

Note from the President

Thank you to all of our players, parents and volunteers for the privilege of serving as the club's president over the past three years.

This is truly an outstanding organization that values "life skills" as highly as it values soccer skills. The emphasis of the club is on developing positive character traits that result directly from being involved in team sports. Focusing on "experiencing the game" over simply just "winning the game", can lead to some terrific life-long attributes for our kids like sportsmanship, team work, self-esteem, discipline, leadership skills, communication skills...the list goes on an on.

We have an energetic and enormously thoughtful group of people assuming new board responsibilities. They have your children's best interests in mind and are always available if you have questions. I wish them continued success and intend to support them in any way needed.

As you can see, the club's success is the direct result of the dedication and passion of parents like you. We can always use more help - even an hour or two makes a difference. Please contact any of our board members if you would like to be involved.
